EXAMPLE 64. The Two Inferior Planets are Mercury and Venus.
(A). The SUM of their SIDEREAL Rotation Periods = 301.6649 Earth days.
(B). The SUM of their SYNODIC Rotation Periods = 215.7912 Earth days.
This image depicts The ANGLES rotated by Planet Earth during these time periods.
Once again, we see (glaringly, blindingly obvious!) “OCTANT HUGGING”. Once again Newtonian Physics is absolutely impotent as far as providing an explanation.
DEMONSTRATION:- The two Inferior planets are Mercury and Venus.
Earth’s rotation period = 0.997269663 Earth days.
(A). Here are their (sidereal) rotation periods, expressed in Earth days:- Mercury 58.6462 and Venus 243.0187
The SUM of these periods = 301.6649 Earth days.
During this time period, Earth rotates
301.6649 ÷ 0.997269663 = 302.4908 rotations.
0.4908 x 360 = 176.7 degrees.
That is 302 complete rotations + 176.7 degrees.
(B). Here are their synodic rotation periods, expressed in Earth days:- Mercury 69.8636 and Venus 145.9276
The SUM of these periods = 215.7912 Earth days.
During this time period, Earth rotates
215.7912 ÷ 0.997269663 = 216.382 rotations.
0.382 x 360 = 137.5 degrees.
That is 216 complete rotations + 137.5 degrees.
