The orbital periods (expressed in Earth days) of (The Two Ice Giants) Uranus and Neptune are (respectively) 30717.682 and 60215.912 Earth days.

(30717.682 ÷ 3231.492837) = 9.5057 revolutions.

0.5057 x 360 = 182.1 degrees.

That is 9 complete revolutions + 182.1 degrees.

During the orbital period of Neptune, the Lunar Perigee revolves

(60215.912 ÷ 3231.492837) = 18.6341 revolutions.

0.6341 x 360 = 228.3 degrees.

That is 18 complete revolutions + 228.3 degrees.
